Shipping

Your order will be delivered reliably and securely via our shipping partners DHL, Hermes or DPD. If available, your Wolfswater will be dispatched the next working day after receipt of your order. Pre-orders produced as part of our exclusive full moon filling will be dispatched the next working day after filling.

We currently only ship to these countries (more countries to follow soon):

• Germany
• Austria

Shipping is free of charge for you.

Please note that we cannot offer delivery to packing stations or islands.

In the event that your order is damaged during transport, we ask you to make a complaint directly to the deliverer if possible and inform us immediately. This makes it much easier to process the claim. Your legal claims remain unaffected.

Payment

Payment is made quickly and securely via our partner Stripe Inc., where you are offered various payment methods, such as credit card.

All prices in our online shop are gross prices that already include VAT and shipping costs. After completing your order, the purchase is binding and the amount is due in advance.
