Right of cancellation

Cancellation Period

The cancellation period is fourteen days, starting from the day on which you or a third party designated by you, who is not the carrier, takes possession of the goods.

Declaration of Cancellation

To exercise your right of cancellation, please send us an informal email to shop@wolfswater.com, including your order number. A separate cancellation form is not required.

Consequences of Cancellation

If you cancel this contract, we will reimburse all payments received from you, including delivery costs, without delay and no later than fourteen days from the date we receive your notice of cancellation.

We will use the same payment method for this reimbursement that you used for the original transaction, unless explicitly agreed otherwise with you. You will not be charged any fees for this reimbursement.

Return Shipping Costs

You bear the direct costs of returning the goods.

Exclusion of the Right of Cancellation

The right of cancellation does not apply to sealed products if the seal has been removed after delivery. This specifically includes the sealed Wolfswater magnet box and the shrink-wrapped jars, which cannot be returned once the seal has been opened due to health protection and hygiene reasons.
